Delivery & Basket Care

Baskets are either hand-delivered or available for local pickup.

• Always lift from the base or sides, not the bow, to prevent items from shifting and to maintain the basket’s presentation. Keep the basket upright at all times.
   
• Fragile items like glass or jars are nestled securely, but extra care is needed during transport.
   

• Cut just below the bow to open — do not pull it off.
   
• Some items may be lightly secured for presentation; these can be easily removed.
   

We carefully package each basket to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Once your order leaves our hands, we cannot be responsible for damage or loss that occurs from handling during transport.
