We are honored to create a custom basket just for you! Please review the following important details:

Payment
For custom baskets, full payment is required within 3 days of receiving the invoice. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order will be canceled. This helps us secure materials and ensures timely delivery.

Substitutions
While we do our best to assemble every basket exactly as requested, we reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if an item is out of stock. We will communicate any substitutions made.

Basket Variations
Please note that the basket itself may vary slightly from the one shown in the image or discussed during your consultation. This applies to both custom baskets and general baskets purchased through our online store. We source baskets from various suppliers, and while we strive for consistency, occasional variations may occur.

No Returns or Substitutions
Due to the personalized nature of our baskets, we do not accept returns or substitutions once an order is completed—except in the case of an error on our part.

Turnaround Time
The typical turnaround time for custom baskets is 1–3 weeks, depending on the availability and sourcing of items. While we aim to complete orders as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to stock or shipping issues. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

All gift baskets are carefully hand-delivered or prepared for local pickup with presentation in mind. Items are thoughtfully arranged and, in most cases, are not glued or tied down to preserve the visual appeal and ease of unwrapping.

🧺 Please Handle with Care

• Always keep the basket upright when transporting.
   
• Avoid tilting, turning on its side, or stacking items on top.
   
• While baskets are delivered ready for presentation, items may shift if handled roughly.
•  ⚠️ Do not lift or carry the basket by the bow or fan. Always lift from the base or sides to avoid damage.
   

✂️ Opening Instructions

• To open your basket, cut just below the bow—please do not pull it off. The bow is secured with floral wire and should be cut carefully to avoid injury or disrupting the arrangement.
   
• Some items inside may be lightly attached using glue dots to maintain presentation during transit. These are easy to remove without damaging the items.
   

If your basket includes glassware, mugs, jars, or other fragile items:
 

• These items are securely nestled within the arrangement.
   
• We do not bubble wrap each glass item individually in order to preserve the presentation.
   
• Extra care must be taken when lifting, transporting, or gifting these baskets.
   

We are not responsible for damage due to mishandling after delivery or pickup.
